Alan Dangca Among Top Drivers

Alan R. Dangca of Oneonta, N.Y. has been recognized as one of the top five drivers in the Mirabito Energy fleet, based in Sydney, N.Y.

The award included a certificate and memento, and an $800 check, along with congratulations from a top company spokesman, who commended Alan for delivering more than five million gallons of home heating oil and other fuels during a one-year period. The coveted award generally has been reserved for top company veterans with twenty or more years of service. Alan has been with the company for less than five years.

Mirabito services a broad region of the northeastern U.S., stretching from the Pennsylvania/New York border north to Canada, and eastward into New England.

Alan is a Filipino national who became a U.S. citizen on Oct. 16, 2008. He is the husband of the former Anna R. Fieg, granddaughter of the late Frank Fieg. Alan and Anna reside at 7 Richards Av., in Oneonta, and are the parents of Cade, Eva and Rosa Marie.
